Once the stopper has been punctured, follow the receiving laboratory's protocol for multi-dose vial handling and discard by the date that protocol specifies.

All shipments are dispatched directly from our USA Location within 24-48 hours (Monday–Friday), ensuring prompt transit for all laboratory reagents and analytical compounds.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on destination and carrier selection. We partner with established transit providers to ensure secure, temperature-controlled, or temperature-stable delivery when required by compound specifications.

Upon dispatch, a automated shipping confirmation containing tracking details will be sent to monitor transit status.

How payment works

After you place your order, you'll receive an email invoice with your itemized total, including shipping and any applicable tax. Payment is due once you receive this invoice.

Your invoice includes buttons to pay directly through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle, just choose your preferred method and follow the prompt. You can also pay by ACH or wire transfer using the account details listed on the invoice.

Important: Please include your order number in the payment notes or memo so we can match your payment to your order. Your order number is shown at the top of your invoice email.

Once your payment is received and confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped, and you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking.

At Prime Core Dynamics, we are committed to accurate fulfillment, strict quality controls, and the prompt dispatch of every order. Due to the specialized chemical nature of research materials and strict regulatory compliance requirements, our policies are strictly enforced to protect product integrity and prevent cross-contamination.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because research compounds, peptides, and chemical reagents require controlled storage conditions to preserve chemical stability, all sales are final.

Once an order is submitted through our platform, it immediately enters our processing pipeline. Orders cannot be canceled, altered, or modified once placed.

2. Returns & Refunds

To maintain chain-of-custody security and regulatory compliance, Prime Core Dynamics does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot verify its storage conditions or temperature controls; therefore, items cannot be returned to inventory.

Refunds or store credits will not be issued for:

• Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or mistaken orders.
• Refused or abandoned deliveries.
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
• Claims arising from improper handling, storage, or non-laboratory application.

3. Shipping Damage & Fulfillment Errors

We take full responsibility for internal packing errors or transit damage that occurs prior to confirmed delivery. If you receive an incorrect item, a missing item, or a product damaged in transit, you must notify Prime Core Dynamics in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

Firm Reporting Window: Requests submitted after the 7-day calendar window will be denied without exception.Mandatory Unboxing Verification Protocol

To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure accurate resolution, all claims for shipping damage or missing items mustinclude the following unedited documentation:

1. Unboxing Video: A clear, unbroken video recording starting from the sealed package showing the shipping label, opening the box, and inspecting all enclosed contents.
2. Packaging Photos: Clear photos of the outer shipping box (showing any external damage) and the shipping label.
3. Contents & Packing Slip: High-resolution photos of all items received alongside the enclosed packing slip.

Claims submitted without complete video and photographic evidence will be automatically denied.

Upon verification of an eligible fulfillment error caused by Prime Core Dynamics, we will, at our sole discretion, dispatch a replacement for the affected item(s). Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Delivered Packages & Carrier Risk

Once a carrier marks a shipment as “Delivered” (via GPS tracking or delivery confirmation), ownership and risk of loss transfer entirely to the buyer.

• Prime Core Dynamics is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or damaged post-delivery (including theft from mailrooms, porches, front desks, or delivery lockers).
• Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for carrier-confirmed delivered packages.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any credit card chargeback or payment dispute filed for an order marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, or initiated to circumvent our refund, cancellation, or Research Use Only policies, will be vigorously disputed.

We utilize carrier delivery records, GPS coordinates, IP address logs, and your agreement to these terms at checkout to dispute claims. Customers who initiate fraudulent or policy-violating chargebacks will have their accounts permanently terminated and will be barred from future orders with Prime Core Dynamics.

6. Regulatory Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Prime Core Dynamics, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy, and acknowledge that all products purchased are strictly intended for in vitrolaboratory research purposes only.
